In the collection of 16+ years experience as a licensed massage therapist I've been lucky to see firsthand the effects of therapeutic touch on individuals. I found an educational muse in holistic body and spiritual modalities, these teachings illuminated something true within. ​
My mission to explore the somato-emotional connection (our integrated self) informs my practice centered around supporting individuals to participate in their wellness journey by offering rejuvenation through touch, breath, and movement.

I regularly deepen my practice through continuing education, hold additional certifications in Breath Training, Reiki and more.  My practice is about cultivating a therapeutic experience that quiets stress, trauma, anxiety, grief and physical pain to place clients at ease working back towards balance.
