Massage allowing space to re-sync body and mind for your best self. Modality of service and unique customization will be determined upon intake between you and the therapist to best suit your comfort, and session or long term wellness goals. With your half-hour, you may choose to be general or specific in your healing. Use the hour session to reduce pain and inflammation at select spots, or use it as a meditative time to fully reacquaint your physical and mental vibes. The ninety-minute session is the most immersive time to reinvest toward your wellness. Your therapist will help you fully unwrap the tension in your body.

the head and the heart - 60 mins
Fifty minutes of hands-on treatment and ten minutes of extra table time there is no way that you will leave this session unbalanced. Head, neck, and shoulder specific massage with special attentiveness to held tension, towel work, cranial, and facial massage work along with a body check-in guided meditation to wrap your session. Especially great for deep meditative relaxation and migraine relief

free flow: manual lymphatic facilitation - 70 mins ​
Very light rhythmic massage with silk garshana gloves (that you keep continuing your care between sessions) followed by a whole-body lymphatic chaining session. This treatment reduces inflammation and excess fluid through your lymph and endocrine system fighting free radicals, infection, and facilitating free movement within the body-boosting immunity and stimulating digestion. This is such a relaxing treatment and especially great for a new momma!

Exfoliate with a warm scrub and ease the load that we put on our feet with a hot stone massage followed by reflexology to ground and support relaxation with a paraffin treatment to complete this treatment.

Light touch meridian work with light stretching performed on a table or floor mat to attune kyo and jitsu within the energy channels and at specific points of the body based on Eastern medicine values and philosophy.

ace of cups: full cupping session - 60/90 mins
The ace of cups card indicates deep release, which is why this session is so appropriately named. Cupping is employed dynamically to release adhesion of the fascia within your body. Static cupping can be practiced to release trigger points within the muscle belly.
